BOOKINGS POLICY
Tables can be booked for dining only, for up to 6 guests.
For more than 6 guests, we may be able to accommodate your group on adjacent tables within the same dining area (subject to availability). For ordering, service and payment, these tables will be treated as separate bookings - this is due to the size and operational capacity of our Kitchen and Bar, and the standard of quality that we provide to you and other guests.
Please provide up-to-date contact details, including email address and phone number, and notify of any allergies or dietary requirements (along with the severity of the allergy) at the time of booking, or at least 48 hours before the time of your planned arrival.
We cannot guarantee table or room requests and we cannot accept bookings for our outside tables at this time, but do let us know if you are bringing a dog, require a highchair, etc. and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Allocated Time at the Table
For bookings of 2-3 guests: 1.5 hours
For bookings of 4-6 guests: 2 hours
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only accepted via email at bookings@theoldpostofficehaworth.co.uk; we cannot accept cancellations via voicemail or telephone, as we can’t answer the phone during busy service.
We have a 15 minute grace period, so please email us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time at bookings@theoldpostofficehaworth.co.uk.
